TITLE




STORY



Activity 1

The teacher presents a puppet to the children like a friend and the puppet speak with them explaining the difference between " big " and " small " through the drawings of the tale. 
Example: " The elephant is big and the mouse is small " and how is the beetle?? big or small? 

Activity 2

Everybody sing a song with Pimkie the puppet

Song:


Can I look inside your trunk?
Aachoo!!
This is fun!
Now I´m walking up your trunk
Hooray, hooray
Mice are nice!



OBJETIVES

The children learn the difference between " big " and " small " and learn new english vocabulary.


WHEN AND WHERE

After the assembly.

PROCEDURE

1. Everybody sitting on a mat in a circle, the teacher tell the tale showing the drawings 

2. The teacher presents Pimkie the puppet to the children and Pimkie start the game explaining the diference between " big " and " small ".


3. At the end everybody sing a song with the puppet. First the puppet sing alone and after everybody sing together.

MATERIALS

A mat, a tale and a puppet.
